I had purchased a carbon fiber diffuser and side skirts from Vivid Racing/RSC with the understanding that the parts were "bolt on". To my dismay, after disassembling the rear of the vehicle the parts required way more modifications that exceeded my capabilities. I spoke with a terrific person at RSC and with his help I ultimately was put in touch with Driven Collision. After several conversations with Pedro I decided to ship the car to him and let them do the work. I buttoned things up so the car could be shipped from Memphis and delivered the parts. The communication throughout the entire process was stellar. The people at this place are top notch. I picked up my car last week and it is simply stunning! Everything is done to perfection. I would not ever hesitate in taking my baby to Pedro and the folks at Driven Collision. They are outstanding!

Unfortunately with parts and labor shortages car repairs are taking insanely long times to get done. However, Driven Collision has been a shining example of how to keep communications open and made me feel like I understood why it was taking as long as it did and that the end result was worth the wait. My car was parked in a parking spot when a truck pulled out and didn't even pull forward enough to make it out of the spot he was in and clipped the front of my car. luckily (for me) he tore a large gash in his tire preventing him from driving off and he called the cops on himself. His insurance has done nothing to help me (even with admitting fault to the cops, and the fact that my car was PARKED) I'm still going through the process of fighting with the insurance on loss of use (for 5 months) and diminished value. Having my car back makes me unreasonably happy and pleased that I now have a body shop I will call for all future needs. Thank you to Tonya for the constant communications and making me feel like you cared about getting my car fixed.

This body shop is excellent! We brought two of our cars for repairs - Tesla and Jeep. Driven did a great job on both. They also took responsibility and addressed any issues or concerns we had. April provided periodic updates, she was very patient and great to communicate with. It’s safe to say that Driven cares about the quality of their work, customer satisfaction and their reputation!

Just picked up my car from Driven, and it looks incredible. Mine was a “beautification” project. Had a new front bumper installed and painted. Also had the hood, side fenders, and driver’s door painted. They also did an amazing refurbishment job on the rear bumper. Pedro and the whole team are great people, who are helpful, and patient as well. Looking forward to doing more projects with them. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot!

The staff at the body shop were extremely helpful in getting the work done and providing a reasonable estimate of the timeframe. April, especially, is an amazing representative of the company. I believe she went above and beyond to make sure that I was also kept abreast of the status of my repairs. She was always pleasant and made the time without my car more bearable.

I highly recommend Driven Collision for a few reasons , number one would be communication and two would be reliability. This isn’t anything too major but on a black car it’s a big deal to me ?. I drive out of my garage with my Tesla Model Y trunk still open and got a a few deep scratches and a dent . I message Alan Greer about my concern and got a very quick response. He gave me a time frame and I was not disappointed. Overall service experience, between arriving at the shop , communication in between waiting , and even pick up was amazing. This is a very reliable and honest shop. The work speaks for itself too. I wasn’t disappointed at all.

The results speak for themselves. When someone pulled out in front of our new Model Y causing MAJOR damage we were told to take it to Driven. I must say the car looks better than new and we are completely happy with the end result. The entire team over there was great and the car looks showroom new again. My wife is happy with her car again and given that it has 30k in repairs, that speaks volumes. We would send anyone to Driven without reservation!
