We bought a second-hand stair lift. Brandon was willing to install it but educated us on how we bought one to short for our stairs. I would have stopped a stair to short to the bottom. I don't have a good balance, which would have been dangerous for me. He didn't try to sale us a new one. He mentioned he could get us a longer one. I was grateful for his explanation and went with a new one. I love it. Brandon also was a delightful person to have work for us. We truly appreciate Brandon, he\u2019s great to work with, professional and honest, he did a great job installing the lift, which fits perfectly in our garage, he did a great job!
